{style} foot party

If anything deserves to be called a 'foot party', my fancy leopard studded flats do!  Those little spike accents, quite frankly, kick ass [quite literally, too].

{style} easy breezy

I fell in love with this Maggie Ward skirt at the beginning of the summer in Jessie James Hoboken and somehow resisted the urge to buy it (on 2 occasions).  When I went in 2 weekends ago, I couldn't resist it anymore.  Especially with FNO a few days away, it seemed perfect.  I may have already squeezed it in on 3 separate occasions in different ways knowing it wouldn't get as much use in the cooler air.

OH! And the belt, the belt... this is a handed down treasure - my Great Uncle made this with his own 2 hands for my mother when she was younger.  Truly beautiful and unique.

{style} Brooklyn nights

Went to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens yesterday for the first time for a magazine's issue release party and it was beyond beautiful at dusk.  Definitely need to head back on a weekend when the leaves start changing...

I wear this belt that my mother handed down to me wayyyy too often, but I can't help it - it really goes with EVERYTHING.

this may be able to be used as bullet proof protection...

and no outfit is complete with a little 'arm party'!!

Topshop vest, Urban Outfitters dress, Dolce Vita shoes, vintage belt & necklace, Abro bag, Banana Republic bracelet, vintage chain necklaces [from mom, of course] worn as bracelets and Michael Kors watch. always.
