{good eats} Salt and Fat Restaurant
Again, I apologize about all the dishes in the last 3 weeks or so that all have egg plopped right on top of them. But, to continue indulging in this obsession [if restaurants are offering, who am I to say no?], this Crispy Pork Trotter Torchon delight is from Salt and Fat Restaurant in Sunnyside.
