Growing up in NJ, summertime meant Italian Festivals, and Italian Festivals meant zeppoles! These warm, doughy, powdered balls of goodness are still a favorite of mine, giving me a reason to allow my inner child to come out at the Hoboken Italian Festival this weekend.
