{good eats} Commerce Restaurant NYC
Walking along the quiet cul-de-sac street where Commerce sits was so quiet and peaceful, I found myself thinking of an old New York [and how I could sell my soul to live in this beautiful neighborhood]. The Ragu of Colorado Lamb & Bordeaux were fantastic, but I can't stop thinking about the Chocolate souffle with creme anglaise [that gets poured into the souffle at the table] that I had for dessert. It was the perfect ending to a perfect meal. Now I just need to go back and take pictures of the dishes before the plates are cleared...
