The Alexa Factor
Featured in this week's Net-A-Porter magazine, Alexa Chung is highlighted for her eclectic, tomboy-ish style that embodies everything that I love about the London style (which, for some reason, is being put into the 'hipster' category in the States). It's completely effortless, totally unique and just perfection.

Spring Wishlist
In the past 2 months, I have been tortured by about 50+ inches of snow & am finally seeing the sidewalks for the first time since I moved to Hoboken in the end of December. With one warm day this Friday, I am in the need of spring! Definitely feeling the neutrals with some pops of colors.

Breakfast at Tiffany's
I feel all sorts of icky today, but was happy to see Breakfast at Tiffany's was on AMC. Even more so, I am absolutely in love with Audrey's orange coat in this scene!
BHLDN
Ok, so for the last two weeks all across the blog-o-sphere I keep seeing these stunning photographs of a wedding line called BHLDN. I finally decided to check it out and absolutely fell in love with every vintage-inspired piece; from the dresses, to the accessories, to the darling shoes. That Pleated Fantasy Dress is just divine & definitely lives up to its name!

Just Because: Yashica Mat 124G
A friend of mine is selling this working Yashica Mat 124G, and while I am always fighting with myself to stay to budget, I just had to make the purchase! I cannot wait to take some great shots with this!

Monkey Finger Puppets!
I loooove monkeys, and these finger puppets that I found on Twig & Thistle are going to be put on my craft list (well, I will create a craft list and then put them on it) for a dear friend's daughter! And, maybe an extra one for me...

Williamsburg Photo Diary
I had half an hour before a meeting in Williamsburg yesterday & found some really interesting creative touches just by looking up.
I ended up ducking into Dépanneur for some coffee & became pleasantly surprised by all the touches of character throughout this independent general store. Must go back when it's not 10 degrees out.

Behind the Camera
There are some photographers that pull you in with their style and Jamie Nelson is on top of that list for me. I remember becoming a fan of this pint sized blonde on Myspace (you remember that site, right?) & becoming lucky enough to manage a shoot with her for a magazine a few years ago. Her effortless creativity was great to witness, as well as the A-team she works with, including makeup artist Lottie S. I mean, look at these gorgeous beauty shots!!
