{photo diary} Blue Hill Farm

After dining on our delicious lunch at the Blue Hill Cafe, we headed down the road to play with the animals.  I may almost be 30, but I can't say I was any less excited when we drove by the pigs as I would have when I was 4 years old.  The one pig and I bonded, I named him Walter [though, he is technically a girl I found out later...] and he even let me pet his head!

I must say, these animals are obviously beyond happy and being treated very well.  What a difference it really makes.

{happy friday + meet the boys}

I made the leap 2 weeks ago and adopted 2 cats {or as one of my friends and I like to call them, kittums} from a shelter.  Since volunteering, I promised that I would adopt an older cat since people usually go straight for the adorable kittens.

Well, here they are on my blanket covered couch, which is hopefully temporary.  Ringo is the dog-sized orange fluff and Linus is on the left {he doesn't think that his brother cuddling with him is as cute as I do}.  And though they are FIV+, they are as bonkers and cuddly as possible!

{such a playboy}

My friend's canine companion is quite the seductive model, I think she taught him this "come-hither" pose.  Could you die??

Funny Farm

I walked by the Louis Vuitton uptown today & saw the cutest owl looking back at me!  You know I love a cute owl!  Each animal has been created by an array of LV products, though the rabbit one is a little scary, I think this is one of my favorite displays in a loooong time.

Just Because

I am actually having a hard time decide which I would rather have....the shoes or the dog....

Farm Sanctuary

Farm Sanctuary
I am not a vegetarian, but I do have strong feelings towards how animals are treated on this planet, no matter what their life may lead to.  If you care as much as I do, please check out this website.
