{in my kitchen} dinner for one

I never like to cook big meals for myself - I always thought why cook all this food for one person?  Why? Because that one person is pretty dam important! 


After meeting with a friend for brunch, shopping and some quality time I decided to end my day cooking for myself, which I may often do, but this time I stepped up the presentation.  When you have guests over it's all about the presentation + I took that same logic for myself.  I have to say, it made it taste a little better.

Yes, The Meatball Shop is just as tantalizing as it sounds [and looks]! My 'naked ball' choice was a rueben special, that mixed all the yumminess of a corned beef sandwich, to, well, a naked meatball!
