House of Christian Dior fires John Galliano

After seeing this collection for Dior's Spring 2011 Couture Show, I was extremely excited to see the next collections come down the runway.  So, when I first heard about Galliano being fired last week due to anti-smetic remarks in Paris, I was hoping that it was all a big misunderstanding.  Now, after video has been shared, Dior's head designer for nearly two decades has been fired.  As sad & disappointed as I am to hear the hateful rant that he issued, I am happy that the house of Christian Dior AND Natalie Portman stuck to their values.  What an unfortunate & dismal way to start off Paris Fashion Week.
