On July 4th my friends and I planned a picnic, and since I had some figs ready to be eaten in my fridge, I figured it was the perfect excuse to try out
this recipe I stumbled upon a few weeks ago. Since it was 100 degrees we didn't grill the cheese, but heating it up in the oven for 5 minutes created the perfect combination of three simple ingredients. Go make it, pour yourself a glass of wine and sit outside. It's Friday after all.
