{Good Eats} quick 'n easy tuna melt

I like to add new touches to old favorites, which is how I came across this pretty little number.  This isn't fancy and pretty easy to wip up.  All I did was pick up some narrow, fresh baked rosemary bread, add the tuna and melt some jalepeno/cayenne cheese on top, and viola!  A more 'adult' version of a comforting favorite.
